About

18 years inside the procurement room. Now on your side.

Amin Dabbech Amin DabbechFounder, ProCure Navigators

I spent 18 years buying ingredients and packaging for global food manufacturers, including General Mills and IMERYS. I qualified suppliers across four continents, ran multi-sourcing strategies for commodity-volatile categories, built cost-savings initiatives that delivered seven figures, and sat across the table from suppliers in negotiations that mattered.

Three things became obvious:

1. Junior category managers are drowning. They're handed unfamiliar categories with no time, no budget, and no senior to ask. The reports they could really use cost €5,000+ from Gartner or live behind enterprise consulting paywalls.

2. Investors and consultants doing diligence on food and packaging deals don't have a procurement insider on call. They burn money on expert networks ($1,200/hour) for fragmented insights — when what they really need is one person who's lived the category.

3. Most "market intelligence" out there is generic, AI-padded, or recycled. Real procurement insight comes from someone who's actually negotiated the contracts.

ProCure Navigators is what I'd have wanted to buy when I started in this industry.

Reports priced for the buyer who doesn't have a McKinsey budget. Written by someone who's done the job.

Principles

What we don't do

  • We don't generate reports with AI. Reports are written by Amin, with AI used only to accelerate desk research and structure.
  • We don't sell white-label McKinsey decks. Every report is built ground-up from primary sources, expert calls, and 18 years of category memory.
  • We don't take retainers from suppliers. We work for buyers only — to keep our analysis honest.
